Tara Hawley: Reviews

“Fashion Week Cleveland, which has been called ‘the nation’s third largest fashion week after New York and Los Angeles,’ combines art, fashion, and music. We spend a great deal of time searching for talented entertainers that compliment our ‘stylish’ events. Our grand finale event is the Cleveland Fashion Show — black tie gala, featuring top American designers, and the elegance and sophistication of Tara Hawley was just what we were looking for.”
"Tara Hawley is the perfect choice if you want talented entertainment for your special party or event. I hired her to perform at a 90th birthday celebration. Tara's selection of songs was just right from the era we were targeting.

"The music was neither too loud for chatting, nor too soft to hear the words. It was wonderful for listening or dancing! Tara's voice is beautiful! I hope that you will some day experience the joy of having her sing at your venue."

"Tara, you have a great gift ... There is so much emotion in your voice; it is amazing what you are able to share with the world."

"Tara has delighted the people who have attended our events for the last two years. She first charmed her way into our hearts at the Cleveland Clinic Children’s Hospital fashion show at the Bertram Inn early in 2007.

"She has subsequently performed for us at the ‘Reason for Hope’ annual gala to benefit the Cleveland Clinic Neurology Institute at the Intercontinental Hotel in September 2007.

"We are thrilled that she will be entertaining our guests, again, at the 2008 ‘Reason for Hope’ Ball this September. Her style is both engaging and smooth, and her presence adds an elegance to every event at which she has performed. She is extremely talented and professional. My recommendation is without hesitation!"

The Cleveland Fashion Show ran to a packed Renaissance Hotel Gold Room this past Saturday, May 9th. It was classic sophistication as Clevelanders first mingled with appetizers, desserts and beverages while listening to a vocal and piano performance by Tara Hawley and Chris Lee, and then sat down to enjoy a Tango performance by KB and Carmen.

I was impressed by the efforts of all the student designers as well as the featured American designers, and I was proud that Cleveland has such a venue to celebrate designers and their talent...
